Games with it already have native support. You will feel the haptics of the rain in the begining as soon as you can move! Edit: The option might be called "Deactivate Steam Input"! Focus on making deliveries over that area and eventually those interviews will apper. HOWEVER, that includes deliveries from distant outposts as well. First do the deliveries accessed on the mountains area. After that, see if other ouposts have anything.
