2024 Can't flip septum piercing up

I go to flip my piercing up and it's far too small to flip up behind my septum like my piercer said it could. Here's the part where I'm stupid. I'm panicking and decide to remove one of the balls on the horseshoe so there's more space to flip it up, but now one of the ends has slipped through my piercing and I can't get it back out ....
